My honest review of Just Egg! Better late than never!! This is my first time trying it and I thought I'd spice it up by using it with Soyrizo to make vegan breakfast tacos. It came out AMAZING!!
Ingredients:
- Just Egg
- Soyrizo
- Red & Green Peppers (Diced)
- Yellow Onion (Diced)
- Minced Garlic
- Onion & Garlic Powder
- Dried Chives (Green Onions)
- Black Pepper
- Vegan cheese shreds (I used Aldi's Earth Grown mozzarella shreds for this video)
- Salsa(s) of choice
- Tortillas
